In some books, the ending word of caraNa - ‘mAM’ is not found in some caraNas. For uniformity sake, it has been adopted in all the caraNas.

1 – kapaTa nATaka sUtra dhAra - The five-fold activity (panca kRtya) of the Supreme Lord – projection – sustenance – in-folding – screening – grace – are considered as a grand show (lIlA) without any apparent reason or purpose – like the laughter of a baby.
